1. I have some Our Family products and want to know if they are still good.
Many of our products have open expiration dates on them. If the item you have does not, please send us an e-mail. Include the name of the product, UPC code, production code (which is ink jetted or embossed on the container), your name and a way to contact you and we will help you decide if the product is still good.
2. I have a question or concern, but don’t think my comment will matter.
We want to hear from you. Consumer comments and concerns help us track trends and make improvements. We review every comment, concern and compliment with our manufacturing facilities. Your opinion is important to us!
3. Do you stand behind your products?
Our Family stands behinds its products and offers a satisfaction plus guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Our Family brand product, simply return it to the store where purchased. We will refund your money PLUS replace the item with a like item of the brand of your choice—FREE.
