Nash Finch-owned brand donating 72,000 bottles of water
MINNEAPOLIS (May 31, 2007) – Nash Finch Company (Nasdaq: NAFC), owner of the Our Family brand, a more than century-old store label, today announced its role as a significant product sponsor of the Boys Scouts of America Ripley Rendezvous. The event takes place from June 1-3, 2007, at Minnesota’s Camp Ripley, the largest National Guard facility in the nation. The program incorporates skills, adventure, challenges, teamwork and physical fitness. More than 10,000 Boy Scouts and leaders from Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Canada are expected to attend.
