Apple Pie Smoothie

  • 4 dates – pitted
  • 4 tbsp. Our Family® Chopped Pecans
  • 4 tbsp. Our Family® Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 Our Family® Apples, diced
  • 6 oz. Our Family® Plain Greek OR Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Our Family® Ground Ginger (optional)
  • Pinch of Our Family® Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Our Family® Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp. of Our Family® Honey (optional for sweetening)
  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and close the lid.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve!
