Apple Ring Pancakes

  • 2 Our Family® Apples- peeled and cored
  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Butter

Pancake Batter

  • 2 cup Our Family® Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Our Family® Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp. Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Our Family® Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 Our Family® Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Our Family® Vanilla
  • 1-1½ cups Our Family® Milk
  1. Slice apples in 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices – Thicker slices will yield crispier pancakes.
  2. In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon and then sprinkle over apple rings.
  3. Preheat skillet to medium high heat and melt butter.
  4. In a medium bowl combine: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, vanilla and milk.
  5. Dip apple rings in batter and cook each one in the skillet until each side is golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and drizzle with maple syrup.
