Tasty and fresh, this Apple Tuna Salad makes for a great lunch on the go.
Apple Tuna Salad

- 5 oz. can Our Family® Tuna packed in water, drained well
- 1/2 small, Our Family® Apple – chopped
- 1/4 cup Our Family® Greek Yogurt, plain nonfat
- 1/4 cup celery – chopped
- 1/4 cup Our Family® Walnuts or Pecans – chopped
- 2 tbsp. onion – finely chopped
- ½ tbsp. Our Family® Dijon Mustard
- Our Family® Pepper, to taste
- 4 slices Our Family® Bread (if making a sandwich)
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except bread).
- Stir well to combine.
- Divide equally to make 2 sandwiches.
- Tuna salad can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
