Tasty and fresh, this Apple Tuna Salad makes for a great lunch on the go.

Apple Tuna Salad

Serves: 2

  • 5 oz. can Our Family® Tuna packed in water, drained well
  • 1/2 small, Our Family® Apple – chopped
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Greek Yogurt, plain nonfat
  • 1/4 cup celery – chopped
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Walnuts or Pecans – chopped
  • 2 tbsp. onion – finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp. Our Family® Dijon Mustard
  • Our Family® Pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices Our Family® Bread (if making a sandwich)
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except bread).
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Divide equally to make 2 sandwiches.
  4. Tuna salad can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
