Try this tasty spin on toast for a filling breakfast.
Avocado Egg Toast

Serves: 6
- 6 slices Our Family® White Bread
- 3 ripe avocados
- 4 tsp. Our Family® Butter, divided
- 6 Our Family® Eggs scrambled or fried
- 1 cup Our Family® Colby Jack, shredded
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits and mash with a fork.
- Toast bread, then butter with half the Our Family Butter.
- Melt remaining Our Family Butter in sauté pan and cook eggs, either scrambling or frying them as you desire. While the eggs are still in the pan, sprinkle Our Family Colby Jack cheese over them.
- Spread mashed avocado on toast and place egg on top, sprinkle with Our Family Everything Bagel seasoning.
