Delicious bread for your breakfast!

Banana Nut Bread

  • 2 1/4 cups Our Family® Pancake Mix
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Sugar
  • 1 cup Our Family® Milk
  • 1/3 cup Our Family® Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Our Family® Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Our Family® Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9×5″ loaf pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Stir all ingredients together until moistened.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
