Delicious bread for your breakfast!
Banana Nut Bread
- 2 1/4 cups Our Family® Pancake Mix
- 1/4 cup Our Family® Sugar
- 1 cup Our Family® Milk
- 1/3 cup Our Family® Vegetable Oil
- 2 Our Family® Eggs
- 1/2 cup Our Family® Chopped Walnuts
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lightly grease a 9×5″ loaf pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Stir all ingredients together until moistened.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
