Beef Taco Pasta Salad

- 3/4 cup Our Family® Rigatoni
- 1 tsp. Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Taco-Spiced Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® Sliced and Pitted Black Olives
- Prepare rigatoni as label directs; drain. Transfer rigatoni to large bowl; add oil and toss. Refrigerate rigatoni 30 minutes or until cool.
- In small bowl, stir mayonnaise, cilantro and lime juice; add to rigatoni and toss. Fold in lettuce, beef, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Makes about 2 cups salad.
