Bake: 9 minutes
- 2 cups Our Family® Bread Flour
- 3/4 cup Our Family® Sugar
- 2 tsp. Our Family® Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup Our Family® Buttermilk
- 2 Our Family® Eggs
- 3 tbsp. melted Our Family® Butter
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease the doughnut pan. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg. Add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Mix until combined. Fill donut pan spaces about 2/3 full. Bake 7-9 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched.
