Chicken Fettuccine
A creamy, cheesy, and tasty pasta that’s sure to please.
Chicken Fettucine
Prep: 30 minutes
- 16 oz. box fettucine pasta
- 2 Our Family® Chicken Breasts, diced small
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® All-Purpose Bleached Flour
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Our Family® Butter
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Onion Powder or fresh onion
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Our Family® Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups Our Family® Vitamin D Whole Milk
- 4 oz. Our Family® Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Our Family® Parmesan Fancy Shredded
- Cook fettucine in salted water, according to package directions.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked thoroughly.
- In a Dutch oven, melt Our Family Butter, add Our Family All Purpose Flour, garlic, Our Family Onion Powder or fresh onion, Our Family Salt and Pepper and cook for two minutes, whisking constantly. Slowly add Our Family Vitamin D Milk until it forms a creamy sauce.
- Add Our Family Parmesan Cheese and Our Family Cream Cheese and whisk keeping sauce creamy. Toss in chicken and fettucine and stir until combined.
