Filled with cranberries and white chocolate chips, these are sure to be a hit!
Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
Serves: 4 dozen
- 1 1/4 cups Our Family® Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed Our Family® Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Our Family® Sugar
- 1 large Our Family® Egg
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Our Family® Quick-Cooking Oats, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups Our Family® All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Salt
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup dried Our Family® Cranberries
- 1 12oz. package Our Family White Baking Chips, divided
- Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
- Add egg and vanilla, beating until mixture is blended. Combine oats and next 4 ingredients: gradually add to butter mixture, beating on low speed until blended. Stir in 1 cup of white baking chips and dried Cranberries.
- Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until done. Let cookies cool on baking sheets 10 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely. Melt remaining cup of white baking chips in the microwave (about 1 minute and stir to melt completely). Drizzle melted white baking chips over cooled cookies.
