Easy Fudge

• 1 pkg. (12oz.) Our Family® Semi-sweet Chocolate Chip
• 7 oz. Our Family® Marshmallow Creme
• 1 tsp. Our Family® Vanilla
• 2/3 cup Our Family® Butter
• 3 cups Our Family® Sugar
• 2/3 cup Our Family® Evaporated Milk

1. Lightly grease 9×13 inch pan.
2. In a heavy 3 quart pan, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring mixture to a full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234°F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chip until melted; add remaining ingredients an mix well.
5. Spread into prepared pan and cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
