Melt in your mouth brownies!
Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

- 2/3 cup Our Family® All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Our Family® Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Our Family® Salt
- 1/2 cup Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup Our Family® Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Our Family® Granulated Sugar
- 3 Our Family® Large Eggs
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Pure Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8×8 inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, cocoa powder and sugar; stir until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well.
- Add the flour mixture (dry ingredients) to the cocoa powder mixture (wet ingredients); stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly to the edges. Bake 16 – 20 minutes until desired doneness or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place pan on a wire rack to cool completely.
Chef’s Tip: For even more chocolatey richness, top with Our Family® Creamy Fudge Frosting after the brownies are completely cooled.
