Ganser Family’s Minty Twist on Muddy Buddies

• 9 cups Our Family® Toasted Rice Cereal
• 1 cup Our Family® semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup Our Family® Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup Our Family® Butter (room temperature)
• 1 tsp. Our Family® vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups Our Family® Powdered Sugar
• Mint flavored chocolate candies
• Mint flavored chocolate bars (broken into smaller pieces)

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the rice cereal and set aside.
2. In a medium-sized microwave bowl, add the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 1 minute and stir.
3. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour mixture over the cereal and stir or mix with hands to coat evenly.
6. Transfer the cereal into a gallon-sized plastic bag.
7. Pour the powdered sugar into the bag and seal. Gently shake until all of the pieces are coated.
8. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
9. Carefully, pour out the cereal onto the baking sheet and spread out to cool.
10. Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
11. Add the mint flavored chocolate candies and the mint flavored chocolate bars pieces.
