Try the Herzog family’s favorite side dish for your next dinner!

Herzog Family’s Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

  • 1 bag Our Family® Frozen Diced Hash Browns
  • 1 can Our Family® Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tub Our Family® Sour Cream
  • 1 bag Our Family® Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 2-3 cups Our Family® Corn Flakes
  • 1 stick Our Family® Salted Butter
  1. Thaw hashbrowns overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup in a large mixing bowl, add cheese and hashbrowns, mix well then spread evenly in a greased 9×13 baking pan.
  3. Crush corn flakes in a large baggie, add melted butter and mix well, spread over hashbrown mixture.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
