  • ¼ pound sliced Open Acres® Hard Salami
  • 2 packages (6 ounces each) Culinary Tours™ Charcuterie Sampler Italian Dry Coppa & Prosciutto
  • 1 package (5.2 ounces) garlic and fine herbs Gournay cheese
  • 1 package (5 ounces) aged Gouda cheese slices, halved diagonally
  • 1 package (4.4 ounces) Crav’n Flavor™ Original Water Crackers
  • 1 package (4 ounces) Our Family® Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 package (3 ounces) Culinary Tours™ Sweet Soppressata
  • ½ (8.8-ounce) package whole grain crackers
  • 2 medium Open Acres® Fuji Apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Our Family® Brazilian Wildflower Honey
  • ¼ cup Our Family® Orange Marmalade

  • Arrange salami, coppa and prosciutto, Gruyère cheese, Gournay cheese, Gouda cheese, water crackers, blue cheese, soppressata, whole grain crackers and apples on large serving platter; serve with honey and marmalade.
