  • ¼ lb. sliced Open Acres® Hard Salami
  • 2 packages (6 oz. each) Culinary Tours™ Charcuterie Sampler Italian Dry Coppa &
    Prosciutto
  • 1 package (5.2 oz.) garlic and fine herbs Gournay cheese
  • 1 package (5 oz.) aged Gouda cheese slices, halved diagonally
  • 1 package (4.4 oz.) Crav’n Flavor™ Original Water Crackers
  • 1 package (4 oz.) Our Family® Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 package (3 oz.) Culinary Tours™ Sweet Soppressata
  • ½ (8.8-oz.) package whole grain crackers
  • 2 medium Open Acres® Fuji Apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Our Family® Brazilian Wildflower Honey
  • ¼ cup Our Family® Orange Marmalade

Arrange salami, coppa and prosciutto, Gruyère cheese, Gournay cheese, Gouda cheese, water crackers, blue cheese, soppressata, whole grain crackers and apples on large serving platter; serve with honey and marmalade.
