Pimento Cheesy Potatoes

- Our Family® Vegetable Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 container (11 oz.) pimento cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) Our Family® Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
- 2 cups Our Family® Sour Cream
- 5 tbsp. Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Our Family® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Our Family® Kosher Salt
- 1 package (28 oz.) Our Family® Potatoes O’Brien with Onions & Peppers, thawed
- 1 cup Our Family® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup coarsely crushed Our Family® Classic Potato Chips
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir pimento cheese, soup, sour cream, butter, garlic powder and salt; fold in potatoes. Spread potato mixture in prepared dish; bake 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle potato mixture with Cheddar cheese and chips; bake 25 minutes or until heated through, edges are bubbly and cheese is melted. Makes about 8 cups.
- Serve cheesy potatoes sprinkled with onions.
