Smoked Turkey & Cheddar Toppers

Broil: 1 minute
Serves: 12

  • 36 Our Family® Crackers
  • 18 slices Open Acres® Deli Shaved Smoked Turkey, halved
  • 6 oz. Our Family® Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 36 small pieces
  • 36 small apple wedges (from 1 apple)
  • 3 tbsp. Our Family® Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • Fresh chives, cut into 1-inch pieces for garnish (optional)

1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 4 to 5 inches from source of heat. Top crackers with turkey, folding as necessary; place cheese over turkey.

2. Broil 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt. Top with apple wedges and nuts; garnish with chives, if desired.
