A fan favorite, these stuffed mushrooms are an easy to make, yet impressive appetizer!
Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 pkg Our Family® Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
- 40 fresh Our Family® Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. Our Family® Butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 10 oz. package Our Family® Frozen Spinach, drained
- 1 cup Our Family® Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Our Family® Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Combine hot water and stuffing mix in a bowl, stir until stuffing is moist.
- Remove mushroom stems and chop. In a skillet, melt butter on medium heat, add mushroom stems and garlic. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir together stem mixture, stuffing, spinach, and cheeses. Once combined, spoon into mushroom caps and set in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake stuffed mushrooms for 20 minutes or until tender and heated through.
