St. Patrick’s Day Smoothie

  • 2 Tbsp. Our Family® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Sliced Open Acres® Navel Orange, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Our Family® Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Open Acres® Spinach Salad Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Our Family® Quick Oats
  • 2 Tbsp. Our Family® Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp. Peppermint Extract
  • 1/8th Cup Sprouts
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients, aside from chocolate chips, until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add chocolate chips and blend for a few seconds for an added crunch!
