Wake up on St. Patrick’s Day with this refreshingly green smoothie!

St. Patrick’s Day Smoothie

Prep: 2 minutes
Blend: 1-2 minutes
Serves: 1-2

  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 sliced Open Acres® Navel Orange, peeled
  • 1 tbsp. Our Family® Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Open Acres® Spinach Salad Mix
  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Quick Oats
  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/8 cup sprouts
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients, aside from chocolate chips, until smooth and creamy.

2. Add chocolate chips and blend for a few seconds for an added crunch!
