Mmm, top your cake with this delicious frosting!

Vanilla Buttercream

  • 16 oz. (4 sticks) Our Family® Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Our Family® Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Our Family® Vanilla Extract
  • 8 cups (1 1/2 sticks) Our Family® Confectioners Sugar
  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. cream the butter until smooth, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Add the confectioners sugar one cup at a time mixing until light and fluffy.
