Vanilla Overnight Oats
Prep: 8 hours 5 minutes Serves: 1- 1/2 cup Our Family® Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Our Family® Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Our Family® Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1. Mix: quick oats, banana, and vanilla extract in a jar. Add the milk to desired consistency. Adding the milk last will avoid overflowing the jar. 2. Top: with optional fruits like blueberries, strawberries, and mangos. 3. Soak: Cover and place in the fridge overnight (at least 8 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid. 4.
