Make this fresh and healthy salad for lunch!
Our Family Chicken Club Salad
- 3 cups green leaf lettuce, chopped
- 3 cups cooked chicken breasts, cooled and sliced or rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup cooked chopped ham or turkey
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, cooled and chopped
- 2 cup Our Family® Finely Cut Mild Cheddar
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium yellow pepper, diced
- 1 large cucumber chopped
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- Our Family® Ranch Salad Dressing
- Layer salad greens on a large platter. Arrange chicken, ham or turkey in the center on top of the salad greens. Top with Our Family Finely Cut Mild Cheddar, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, yellow pepper and Our Family Ranch Salad Dressing.
